Clinical Medical Assistants are vital in aiding in the completion of administrative and clinical tasks in the offices of physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities. Their duties vary with the location, specialty, and size of the practice. Clinical Medical Assistants differ in that most of their work is performed alongside physicians to assist with and provide patient care. There are also specialized Clinical Medical Assistants who will work strictly in specialized practices.
